A request that has been closed. A closed request is considered handled by the Support system. A request may be closed either by the user that originally opened it, or by someone with the supportclose priv. When a request is closed, some number of points may be assigned to the volunteer who responded to it.

Closed requests disappear from the board after a while. They are still accessible via their direct URLs but are no longer listed on the board unless they are reopened.
